Veterans United Home Loans will be honored alongside other recipients for the Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces Award at the awards gala on March 11, 2015 in Las Vegas. Veterans United Home Loans is one of 50 companies to be awarded this honor.

“This marks our fifth year recognizing incredible, employee-focused companies that are changing the way the world works, and we’re excited to honor them with this award,” said Cheryl Kerrigan, vice president of employee success at Achievers.

Other winners include 3M Canada, Cisco-Services Platform Group, HP Software Professional Services and many more.

The Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces Award panel of judges evaluated each applicant on the Eight Elements of Employee Engagement, which include communication, leadership, culture, rewards and recognition, professional and personal growth, accountability and performance, vision and values and corporate social responsibility.

“Support for the Eight Elements of Employee Engagement is a direct reflection of the efforts made by our entire Veterans United family,” said Amanda Andrade, chief people officer at Veterans United. “When we look around our company we see employees who continually grow, develop and evolve to meet the changing needs of our business and customers. Thank you to Achievers for building a process that highlights commitments to an enhanced work environment and better outcomes through engagement.”
